banner is beautiful and sparkly with the lights
on, lights off the dove and lettering glow in the
dark for a short time. Constructed on a dark blue
gabardine(non shiny) fabric. The dove and
lettering are white and sparkled.
Each is embellished with white
iridescent sequins.
The dove consists 7 rhinestones on
it.
The banner is edged in a
white/iris/gold shell trim.
The bottom is "V" cut with
a a 2 inch beaded fringe.
Backed with same fabric and trim.
