3.1 The amount of time it will take to construct/design your banners(s) is based upon several factors. Example: The number of banners you order, the details for each banner, etc. We can provide you with an approximate time frame that it will take. 5. CAN I PLACE MY ORDER BY PHONE?

GET A QUOTE with your order requirements. Don't forget to specify style, color, quantities and detail specifications. We will respond back to you with an email written quote, or by phone if you include your phone number. So that we get your banner just as you would like it, please be careful to ensure the accuracy of the information provided (correct spelling, capitalization & punctuation, color, layout, fonts, logos and any other relevant information). Your item will be customized using the information you provide. Banner must be paid in full for custom orders before work can begin. Before placing your order, please make sure your personalized order is complete and without errors. All orders are processed as they are received. We are not responsible for any incorrect sizes, names, web addresses, e-mail addresses or words. Once an order has been personalized, it can not be returned due that the banner/banners are a customized design from the client. All major credit cards are accepted over the phone.

6.1 No, you are not required to sign a contract we diligently work out the details before start all Banners. If there are any questions we will contact you immediately.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
8.1 Deposits and payments can be made by check or money orders via US Mail to our office address.

All major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfer transactions are processed online through Paypal. Paypal does use SSL encryption.

CAN I ORDER A SPECIAL SIZE BANNER?
9.1 We are not distributors of "stock inventory". ALL of our items are custom made. If you need a banner with special dimensions, you've come to the right place! We are here to provide you with the product you need!

WILL I GET A PROOF OF MY BANNER?
10.1 We will either email (or provide with you with an online link) a proof (color picture) for you to approve before going into production and/or construction. We will need you to reply back your confirmation before we proceed further.

WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE THE DESIGN ON THE PROOF YOU SEND?
11.1 We're happy to take suggestions on changes and revise your proof to make you satisfied. Significant alterations may require art charges.

12. HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY BANNER HAS SHIPPED AND AND CAN I TRACK IT?
12.1 When the shipping company picks up your banner, we will email you a tracking number and estimated delivery day.

20. IS A DEPOSIT or PAYMENT REQUIRED?
20.1 All Custom Made Banners are required to be paid in full prior to beginning the project. For orders with numerous banners involved a 75% Deposit is Required. The remainder 25% is due upon completion before shipping
